Do you have questions or concerns about a particular class, but hesitate to go to your professor’s office hours? Then this short online course is for you! Here at the Rinella Learning Center, we encourage students to take advantage of their professors’ office hours – but we also encourage strategies to make those visits productive and stress-free! In this course, you’ll reflect on your own willingness to truly seek and accept help from others; you’ll practice taking your professor’s perspective, in order to better understand their point of view; you’ll learn tips for communicating with your professor in a more professional way; and you’ll finish by learning HOW to ask for help and carry out a productive meeting with a faculty member.
